For one of our innovative clients, we are currently looking for a Software Engineer specialized in data platforms. This is a freelance/contract position with a hybrid working model.
Our client is transforming retail for millions of customers by powering a vast data platform that enables data-driven decision-making across the organization. As a Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and reliable data infrastructure that supports internal teams and analytics across the business.
Your expertise:
- Strong experience with Java and Kotlin, preferably using Spring Boot.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Airflow, DBT, and Python is a plus.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- A collaborative mindset and passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge.
- Innovative problem solver who takes ownership and thrives in an autonomous environment.
- Commitment to security, data compliance, and high-quality software development.
