The Role: Board Member
As a board member, you will:
- Help shape the strategic direction of the organization.
- Support the planning and execution of projects and events.
- Take ownership of internal operations such as recruitment, communications, or partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with other board members to grow Healthinnovaitors and maintain our mission-driven focus.
- Represent Healthinnovaitors at networking events and outreach activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders.
This role typically requires 2–8 hours per week and offers the flexibility to fit alongside your studies or work. Please note: this is an unpaid position, but it provides invaluable experience, professional growth, and networking opportunities.
What We Are Looking For
- You are a Master’s, PhD student, or early-stage professional with a strong interest in AI and healthcare.
- You are based in the Netherlands and speak both Dutch and English fluently.
- You are available for at least one year to contribute as a board member.
- You have strong organizational and communication skills.
- You have a proactive, hands-on attitude and enjoy working in a collaborative team.
- Previous leadership or organizational experience is a plus, but not required.
