About The Role
The IT Strategic Operations Director, reporting to the VP Infrastructure & Service, will play a pivotal role in enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the Infrastructure & Service department. This individual will act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the VP, facilitating communication, managing priorities, and ensuring the successful execution of key initiatives. The IT Strategic Operations Director will be responsible for managing stakeholder relationships and supporting the overall strategic objectives of the IT organization.
Your Accountabilities
- Strategic Support: Support the VP of Infra & Service to develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives. Assist in prioritizing initiatives and managing resource allocation.
- Operational support: Collaborate with Infrastructure & Service Leadership team to drive and achieve high levels of service in a cost-effective manner.
- Support Program Management: Support key IT projects and initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
- Change Management: Facilitate the IT communication and change management strategies to ensure consistent, clear, and effective messaging around IT initiatives, projects, and priorities to promote alignment and engagement within the organization.
- Meeting Management: Prepare agendas, materials, and presentations for meetings. Capture and follow up on action items to ensure accountability and progress on key initiatives.
- Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the infrastructure & Service organization. Implement best practices and optimize workflows to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Team Development: Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the Infrastructure & Service community.
- Reporting & Metrics: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track Infrastructure & Service performance. Prepare regular reports for the CIO, executive leadership, and Board of Directors on progress against strategic objectives.

Qualification, Knowledge, And Experience
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field; master’s degree preferred. - Essential
7+ years of experience in operational leadership, (lean) project management, strategic planning or transformation roles, demonstrating progressive accountability and responsibility over time. - Essential
Proven ability to manage projects and drive organizational change. - Essential
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Fluent in English is a must. - Essential
