About the Company
A global market leader in high-performance equipment for the seed processing industry is seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This internationally operating company, headquartered in the Netherlands, is recognized for its innovative engineering solutions, commitment to sustainability, and strong customer partnerships across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced executive to shape the next chapter of profitable growth & expansion. As CEO, you will lead the company’s strategic direction while overseeing commercial expansion, product innovation, operational excellence, and organizational culture.
You will report directly to the Board of Directors and be the driving force behind international scaling up, digital transformation, after market growth and sustainable profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute strategic goals, strategic priorities / strategic 3 year Business plan
- Ensure operational performance & deliver on approved annual budget plan
- Effective use & leverage of Asia & EU Base to build competitiveness
- Lead innovation, digital transformation including company IT systems
- Ensure operational excellence across all departments, leadership Team Building & performance culture
- Oversee financial health, positive cash flow and sustainable profitable growth in product & Project business
- Cultivate partnerships within & outside company and implement synergy actions

- Order Intake, Revenue, Cash and EBITDA growth
- Market expansion KPIs

About You
Proven experience in a CEO or C-level executive role within industrial manufacturing, engineering, B2B business or agri-tech.
Demonstrated success in international business expansion and transformation leadership

✔ High level of financial literacy and governance experience
✔ Inspirational leader with excellent stakeholder engagement skills
✔ Comfortable navigating diverse cultural and regulatory landscapes
✔ Fluent in English and Dutch
