Job Title: Group Treasurer

Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands (requirement of 3-days per week in office)
Eton Bridge Partners is supporting a global, private equity-backed manufacturing organisation, specialising in the development of life-saving pharmaceuticals, to hire a Group Treasurer.
This is a crucial role driving the treasury management strategy, ensuring and maintaining a best-in-class treasury function in an international setting, and working hand-in-hand with the Group CFO as the business prepares for a capital event in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective execution and ongoing development of the Group’s treasury and cash management strategy
- Lead and strengthen the treasury function, ensuring strong governance and adherence to budget;
- Enhance and maintain treasury controls and operational processes;
- Support the optimisation and evolution of the financial risk and cash forecasting frameworks;
- Manage FX hedging, interest rate, and liquidity risk exposures;
- Oversee bank relationships, corporate insurances, and intercompany loans;
- Drive working capital efficiency and implement trade finance solutions.
Candidate Profile:
- A proven senior treasury leader - either someone at Group Treasurer level currently or someone stepping up into their first Group Treasurer role.
- Exposure to private equity-backed business environments beneficial but not essential;
- Strong leadership and communication skills to influence at all levels of the organisation
- Adept in navigating complex, multinational business settings
- Sound understanding of Tax, Legal, Accounting, and Compliance principles
