Position Summary
We are looking for a commercially driven General Manager to lead our organization and accelerate sales growth. As the senior leader of a compact and dynamic team, you will have full responsibility for the operational and commercial performance of the company. You will play a hands-on role in managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and driving operational efficiency across departments.
This is a strategic and operational leadership position, ideal for someone with strong B2B sales experience, technical product insight, and proven team management skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all departments, ensuring effective day-to-day operations across the business.
- Take a leading role in sales strategy, including managing key accounts, identifying growth opportunities.
- Visit key customers and suppliers regularly to maintain strong business relationships.
- Develop and implement business plans that align with company goals and revenue targets.
- Supervise purchase orders in line with demand and supplier agreements.
- Oversee order processing and ensure timely fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
- Advise and collaborate on marketing initiatives to strengthen market presence.
- Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards, including ISO 9001:2015 and EN 9120:2018.
Education & Experience
- University degree in Management, Business, or related field — or equivalent senior experience.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience, including team leadership and B2B sales.
- Experience in the Aerospace & Defence industry
- Experience in a technical & distribution environment is preferred.
Languages
- Fluent in Dutch & English (written and spoken).
