What we need?
- Bachelors Degree from related departments, preferably chemical engineering
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch & English both written and speaking
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Leader or in a similar leadership role in with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a chemical plant
- Knowledge of processes, equipment, and systems commonly used in a chemical factory setting.
- Sufficient knowledge of other engineering disciplines (E&IA) to be able to communicate effectively with discipline engineers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Support Organik Kimya projects within scope, objectives, and budget from idea phase until formal “Hand-Over” to the internal customer (including commissioning and punch-list resolution) as well as financial- & administrative- Close-Out.
- Adhere to project management best practices and methodologies, along with Organik Kimya management of change, project management and engineering workflows throughout the project.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including discipline engineers, and the local departments to develop project plans, including project scope, objectives, deliverables, budget, and detailed timelines.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses to support project decision-making and provide recommendations to management.
- Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to ensure project scope & objectives are achieved within budget and time constraints.
- Monitor project progress, adherence to budget, potential risks, or issues, and proactively implement solutions to mitigate them. Develop project contingency plans if necessary.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, prepare reports, and present updates on the progress, risks, timeline, and the budget to key stakeholders.
- Help to prepare the yearly CAPEX budget request.
