For NTZ - part of Frencken Group - we are looking for Process Engineer - Injection Molding
Are you a hands-on, technically savvy professional with a passion for injection molding, process optimization, and continuous improvement? At NTZ, part of the international Frencken Group, we’re looking for a Process Engineer who’s ready to take ownership, drive innovation, and make a real impact in a high-tech production environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design, implement, and fine-tune high-quality injection molding processes
- Optimize and document process parameters to boost efficiency and output
- Conduct minor mold and process maintenance
- Lead and support projects focused on continuous improvement and new product introductions (NPI)
- Troubleshoot technical issues and reduce downtime, scrap, and waste
- Coach operators during machine setups, mold changes, and daily operations
- Analyze production data and translate insights into process enhancements
What You Bring
- A bachelor’s degree (HBO) in a technical field
- Solid experience in injection molding and mold technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, structured approach
- Excellent communication skills – fluent in Dutch and English (German is a plus)
- A team-oriented mindset – you enjoy sharing knowledge and supporting others
