At Delft Circuits, we design and manufacture cutting-edge cryogenic hardware to help scale quantum computers. As a Process Control & Data Analysis Engineer, you’ll lead quality control, process validation, and data-driven improvement across our flex fabrication line. This is a hands-on role where lab meets production—ideal for someone who thrives on the floor, not just at a desk.
Key responsibilities:
• Drive quality & yield through diagnostics and data analysis
• Validate and scale optimized fabrication processes
• Support manufacturing with training and troubleshooting
• Lead volume testing and root cause investigations
You bring:
• 2+ years in high-tech manufacturing or labs
• Background in materials, electrical, chemical engineering or similar
• Strong skills in data analysis (Excel, Python), process control (FMEA, DoE)
• Great communication & training abilities
Bonus:
Experience with flexible substrates or cryogenic systems
We offer:
• Full-time contract with salary €47.9K–€60.9K/year (incl. holiday allowance)
