The Role
As R&D Process Engineer you will design, refine, and optimize fabrication processes for our flexible RF connecting solutions. By translating customer wishes into innovative, high‑quality products that integrate cutting‑edge design and capabilities with a robust, manufacturable flow, you’ll ensure every unique solution meets real‑world demands. Your hands‑on expertise and creative problem‑solving will keep production agile, reliable, and ahead of the curve.
Responsibilities
- Develop, validate, and improve fabrication processes (thin-film deposition, photolithography, etching, patterning)
- Translate innovative designs into scalable production workflows
- Solve complex process challenges with creativity and hands-on expertise
- Work closely with product development, quality control, and systems engineering
- Maintain clear process documentation and development records
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Materials Science, Electrical/Chemical Engineering, Nanotechnology, or similar
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in high-tech fabrication or manufacturing
- Strong analytical, practical fabrication skills, and cross-team communication skills
Bonus if you have
- Experience in cleanrooms or dust-controlled labs
- Familiarity with chemical PCB or semiconductor processes
- Experience with Six Sigma, Lean, or Design of Experiments
- Worked with flexible substrates or cryogenic materials
