The Role
As Manager Finance and Operations, you will be responsible for all group finance and fund finance activities, ensuring operational excellence, accurate reporting, and scalable processes. This role is hands-on, but also highly strategic: you will contribute to the setup of new funds, optimize workflows, and act as a key point of contact for banks, auditors, and outsourcing partners.

Key Responsibilities
Group Finance
Manage all group and fund finance activities, including monthly/yearly closings for all entities (Exact Online, Finstack)
Further automate and streamline the monthly closing process.
Lead cash management across entities.
Manage relationships with banks and financial counterparties, including onboarding processes.
Prepare monthly P&L and cash flow forecasts for main entities.
Oversee the budgeting process for the group.
Optimize and manage outsourcing partners.
Ensure correct application of transfer pricing across entities.
Fund Operations
Oversee the fund reporting process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Further develop trade reporting tools (eg Tres finance)
Manage fund budgets and cost control.
Lead and coordinate all fund audits, acting as the main contact for auditors.
Business Development Support
Support the setup of new funds and initiatives, ensuring proper operational and financial structures.
Contribute to new product development from a finance and operations perspective.
Profile & Requirements
Experience: 5–10 years in finance, ideally within venture capital, private equity, asset management, or hedge funds.
Experience or affinity with digital assets/crypto is a strong plus.
Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration. A professional qualification (e.g. RA, CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
Knowledge: Strong grasp of fund structures, IFRS/Dutch/US GAAP (or relevant GAAP), consolidation, and transfer pricing.
Skills:
Strong financial modeling and forecasting capabilities.
Experience in automation and process optimization.
Solid stakeholder management skills (banks, auditors, service providers).
Languages: Native Dutch speaker, with excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
Mindset: Hands-on, detail-oriented, entrepreneurial, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, crypto-native environment.
