🔍 Role: IT Recruiter (Dutch Speaking)
📍 Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite)
🕒 Contract Type: B2B
📈 Experience Required: 3–4 years in IT recruitment
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for IT roles across the Netherlands and wider EU.
- Source, screen, and engage top IT talent through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
- Maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
✅ Key Requirements:
- 3–4 years of proven experience in IT/technical recruitment.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (written & spoken).
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.
- Experience recruiting for contract and permanent tech roles.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools.
