About the position
Within the System Engineering Team, our primary responsibility will be to develop the operational user needs into an envisioned solution. Given the nature of the envisioned solution and systems, a multidisciplinary approach is essential to achieve the solution for the military that depends on it to accomplish their mission. As a system engineer, you will balance the system requirements with the contributions of everyone involved with their realization.
Being part of our team means that you will be involved in various activities: there will be a moment to discuss your solutions with the customer engineers, and there will be time to define the interaction between our systems and other systems in- and outside the vehicle.
Your main tasks are:
Understand Context and Needs.
Contribute to the development of the architecture
Formalize requirements
Develop the System Specification and System Design, taking interfaces between the (sub)systems and 3rd party systems into account.
Deliver system engineering artifacts SRS, IRS etc
Prepare for Integration and Verification
Why you'd be a good match
You have a degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or a similar field.
You are a generalist with a keen interest in technology in the broadest sense.
You have proven experience in systems engineering.
You have great communication skills, and you are able to work in multidisciplinary teams.
You are diligent, creative and have a pro-active attitude.
- You have a fluent command of the English and Dutch languages.
