ZetaDisplay is looking for an experienced, ambitious, and forward-thinking Finance Director to lead financial operations across the Benelux. This is a pivotal role within our international finance team, where you will partner closely with the CFO (Claes Pedersen), local Country Directors, and finance teams to deliver financial excellence and strategic insight.
ZetaDisplay is a fast-growing European leader in digital signage solutions, with a clear vision for innovation and international expansion. As the Finance Director, you will help drive this growth by delivering actionable insights, improving financial processes, and shaping regional strategies. You’ll report directly to the CFO based in Malmö. Together with the Financial Controller you will be responsible for the day to day business in the Netherlands. Your team is responsible for improving the reporting process, P&C cyclus and recurring forecasts. Besides managing the Financial Controller, having the overview of the financial organization, you will be responsible for the more Business Control related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Translate company goals into actionable regional financial strategies
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, local regulations, and internal policies
- Drive continuous improvement in financial planning, tools, and systems
- Partner with commercial leaders to optimize pricing, revenue, and margin performance
- Analyze market data and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities
- Lead and coach finance teams across countries, fostering a culture of excellence and development
- Act as a strategic business partner to Country Directors and senior stakeholders
- Contribute to transformation projects and change management initiatives
- Safeguard ZetaDisplay’s interests through sound financial risk management
- When things are settled in the Netherlands, you can grow towards a more Regional responsible position including Austria and the growth market, Germany
The ideal candidate
ZetaDisplay is looking for a driven, strategic, and collaborative Finance Director.
You are comfortable working in a dynamic international environment and thrive on building strong relationships across countries and cultures. Reporting directly to the CFO in Malmö, you will work closely with regional Finance Managers and the Country Managing Director to drive financial performance and strategic alignment across the Benelux, and in the future Germany, and Austria regions as well. Your ability to combine analytical precision with business insight ensures you consistently add value and support sustainable growth.
You balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, confidently navigating between high level decision making and detailed operational management. You embrace change, innovation, and technology to improve processes and outcomes.
Experience and knowledge
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business Economics, or related field (professional certifications such as CMA/CIMA/RA/RC are a plus)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in finance leadership roles within international organizations, preferably with exposure to digital or technology-driven businesses
- Strong track record in financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Proven ability to manage cross-cultural teams and work effectively across multiple regions
- Excellent communication skills to present complex financial information clearly to diverse stakeholders, including senior management
- Experience in change management and driving organizational transformation
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach and commercial business acumen
- Comfortable using digital financial tools and analytics platforms
