Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a bold, data-driven strategy to accelerate growth and enhance service delivery across European markets.
- Market Expansion: Identify new opportunities, lead market entry initiatives, and diversify service offerings to meet evolving customer needs.
- Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement in speed, reliability, and cost-efficiency across regional operations.
- Financial Stewardship: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance to ensure profitability and long-term sustainability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster alignment across commercial, operational, and support functions within a complex matrix environment.

- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience, or Master's with 7+ years
- Minimum 3 years in a senior leadership role within logistics, supply chain, or a related industry
- Proven success in leading regional or multi-country operations
- Strong commercial acumen and business development expertise
- Experience navigating complex, matrixed organizations
- Fluent in Dutch (mandatory) and English; additional European languages are a plus
- High intercultural awareness and ability to lead diverse teams
- Willingness to travel frequently across Europe
