Country Manager ( Benelux)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Overall management of business, including marketing, business development, sales and service.
2. Insight into market demand and trends, effectively identify customers and market opportunities, formulate plans and implement management;
3. Insight into customer needs, identify customer pain points, formulate strategies and plans to meet customer needs;
4. Analyze competitor market dynamics and formulate response plans;
5. Formulate effective sales strategies and marketing plans, enhance brand influence, and lead the team to achieve sales goals;
6. Participate in product improvement and new product introduction strategies to enhance product competitiveness;
7. Responsible for the establishment and management of the team;
Job Requirements:
1. Have extensive customer relationships in the local market. Have a certain market influence.
2. Full-time university undergraduate degree or above, 5 years or more of channel sales work experience in solar industry, familiar with channel sales tactics;
3. Have 0-1 customer breakthrough ability, strong achievement orientation, excellent interpersonal understanding and communication skills;
4. Fluent in English, can be used as working languages;
5. Have a certain management thinking and be familiar with the current culture and working environment.
