What are you going to do?
As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the operational and strategic management of multiple restaurants in the Randstad region. You will work daily to improve the performance of your locations, ensuring both teams and customers enjoy an outstanding experience.
Your Responsibilities Include
✔ Coaching and leading restaurant managers and their teams to ensure optimal operational performance.
✔ Analyzing and optimizing KPIs you keep a close eye on revenue, labor costs, and customer satisfaction.
✔ Implementing processes and standards to ensure quality and efficiency.
✔ Actively contributing to the growth of Hawaiian Poke Bowl in the Netherlands through training, development, and strategic insights.
✔ Providing operational support and stepping in where needed, from audits to solving operational challenges.
Who are you?
🔹 You have at least 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within hospitality, retail, or food service.
🔹 You have experience in multi-unit management and know how to efficiently oversee multiple locations.
🔹 You are analytical and results-driven, with a strong focus on KPIs and performance.
🔹 You are a people manager who motivates and coaches teams to bring out the best in themselves.
🔹 You are flexible, hands-on, and enjoy being on the road frequently.
🔹 You speak fluent Dutch and English.

What do we offer you?
💰 Salary indication: between €3,500 and €4,500 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
