We’re looking for a Director of Product who is driven by business impact, passionate about creating outstanding experiences, and obsessed with both the big picture and the smallest details.
In this role, you’ll lead a high-performing team of product managers and set the strategy for a major product domain. You’ll collaborate closely with company leadership to drive revenue growth, improve customer experience, and scale our product organization.
In this role you’ll
- Set the vision and strategy for a key product domain, aligning it with business objectives and customer needs
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers—developing their skills, fostering innovation, and helping them advance in their careers
- Drive product execution from ideation to launch, ensuring teams deliver high-impact products efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including: Engineering, design, data, marketing, and operations to bring products to market successfully
- Monitor key product performance metrics, using data and insights to iterate, optimize, and refine the strategy
- Champion a culture of excellence, experimentation, and ownership, ensuring that product thinking is deeply embedded across the organization
- Partner with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives, influence company-wide decision-making, and elevate the role of product management
What you’ll need
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with 5+ years leading product teams at a high-growth company
- A proven track record of driving business impact through product innovation and execution
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop, coach, and scale high-performing teams
- Exceptional analytical skills—you thrive in data-driven environments and use insights to make informed decisions
- An execution-focused mindset—you get things done and inspire your team to move faster and smarter
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills—you can influence at all levels of the organization
- A customer-first mindset, with an obsession for delivering delightful and seamless experiences
- B.S. in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA, a plus
- Ability to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a week
- Enthusiasm about learning and adapting to the exciting world of AI – a commitment to exploring this field is a fundamental part of our culture
