About The Opportunity
We’re looking for a strategic and technically strong Group Product Manager – Platforms to lead the product vision, strategy, and execution across our entire Platforms domain. This role is foundational to our internal engineering infrastructure—ensuring our teams can build, test, and deploy securely, reliably, and at speed.
Reporting to the CTO, you'll lead a team of Technical Product Managers and drive the evolution of our internal platform, spanning infrastructure, CI/CD, developer tooling, observability, and core services. You’ll partner closely with Engineering, Security, Compliance, and other stakeholders to support the scale and growth of one of Europe’s leading digital asset exchanges.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Platforms domain.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Technical Product Managers.
- Translate complex engineering needs into clear, actionable platform solutions that accelerate velocity and improve developer experience.
- Champion platform adoption, working closely with engineering leadership to ensure solutions drive measurable impact.
- Balance short-term engineering needs with long-term strategic investments in infrastructure, tooling, and operational resilience.
- Ensure our internal platforms support growth and adhere to evolving regulatory standards (DORA, GDPR, MiCAR, MiFID).
- Track and measure product success through well-defined KPIs and data-informed decision-making.
- Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships across Product, Engineering, Security, and Compliance teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery.
What We Look For
- 8–10+ years in product management with a strong focus on infrastructure, developer experience, DevOps, or SRE.
- Demonstrated success in building and leading technical product teams. Deep technical fluency in cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), CI/CD, Kubernetes, observability, and developer tooling.
- Strong ability to develop product strategy, build roadmaps, and execute in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level influence.
- Data-driven mindset with an emphasis on delivering tangible business and engineering outcomes.
- Experience working directly with engineering teams to manage trade-offs and drive delivery.
