What are you going to do?
As CDD analysts (junior, medior and senior), You will ensure that the team functions optimally, sets the right priorities and performs high-quality customer research. You are the link between operations and management and play a key role in further professionalizing our CDD activities.
Your responsibilities:
- Ensuring the quality, timeliness and completeness of the CDD files;
- Further development of processes and work instructions;
- Being a sparring partner for compliance, risk and other stakeholders;
- Contribute to the personal and professional growth of your team members;
- Reporting on progress, risks and improvement opportunities to management.
Job requirements
What are you bringing?
- Minimum HBO or WO work and thinking level;
- Fluent in Spanish and English language.
- Demonstrable experience within CDD/KYC, preferably in a management role;
- Knowledge of legislation and regulations (Wwft, sanctions legislation, etc.);
- Strong communication and coaching skills;
- Solution-oriented, analytically strong and process-oriented.
