FINANCE CONTROLLER
Job Description:
We are seeking a Finance Controller with a strong background in financial accounting and data analytics to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have approximately 7 years of relevant experience and be responsible for overseeing financial result reporting, planning, statutory reporting, and regional business performance monitoring. This role requires strong technical skills in SAP, Excel, Power BI, and data querying tools. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, and proficiency in German or Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, result reporting, and control processes to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Establish and manage financial reporting dashboards for real-time business insights.
- Oversee statutory reporting (financial and tax) to ensure compliance with local and TSMC Group standards.
- Monitor and report on regional business performance, providing key insights to regional management and sales teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within regional office and TSMC HQ to support data-driven decision-making.
Requirements/ Qualifications:
- Approximately 7 years of experience in financial accounting, controlling, or financial data analysis.
- Good knowledge of Dutch and European tax regime and familiarity of Dutch tax regulation and reporting is a plus.
- Strong command of financial systems and reporting tools, including SAP, Excel. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
- Ability to design and manage reporting dashboards and utilize data analytics for business performance reporting.
- Education in Financial Accounting, Business, or related field with relevant experience in financial data analytics.
- Language proficiency: Dutch (fluent), English (fluent), and knowledge of German or Chinese is advantageous.
