We are looking for a new Ingredients Controller who will play a significant role in managing the Rolling Forecast and Performance Tracking processes for Global Ingredients Category and become a fully engaged proactive finance business partner for the respective central buyers’ teams. This person will be partnering with global and regional C&P teams.

This position is a key enabler for C&P to reach the above missions. You will report to the Finance Head of Ingredients Controlling and your key missions will notably include
Financial Management & Processes
- Preparing the monthly financial forecasting and performance animation
- Financial analysis of monthly results, reporting and performance KPI's follow-up
- Tracking of Purchase Price Variance
- Play an active role in the annual budgeting process with category buyers
Business Support
- Active role in partnering with the ingredients category teams
- Support the optimization of sourcing & supplier strategy
- Support to cost models expansion involvement in key negotiations with Suppliers
Transversal & Project Management
- Optimize processes and ways of working within Finance and C&P communities of different Regions
- Support to transversal projects within C&P and C&P Finance
- Support in ad hoc projects & analysis for business decisions

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have
- A Bachelors in Finance as a minimum (Masters degree is preferred), ideally with a deep knowledge of Data Management/BI tools.
- At least 6 years of controlling experience in large FMCGs; preferably solid experience in Procurement related organization.
- An open-minded, resilient, proactive and team-oriented personality.
- Strong communication and analysis skills are required to manage financial forecasting and procurement complexity.
