What will you do?

As Commercial Director, you’ll lead the way in reinforcing and expanding our commercial impact. From our award-winning restaurants (Ciel Bleu, Yamazato, Sazanka, and Serre) to luxurious rooms, conference spaces, bars, and wellness — you’ll oversee the full spectrum and identify where new opportunities lie.

You will head the Sales, Groups & Events, Revenue & Business Performance, and Reservations departments. A close partnership with the Director of Marketing & Branding is essential — together, you’ll drive a consistent, creative, and results-oriented commercial strategy. You report directly to the General Manager and serve as a key member of the Management Team.

Your Mission Includes

Developing and executing profitable, data-driven strategies across all business units
Expanding market presence, visibility, and revenue — both locally and globally
Ensure optimal coordination within and between departments
Maximising direct bookings through smart channel management and key partnerships (OTAs, GDS, LHW, consortia)
Leveraging market data, trends, and KPIs to inform strategic decisions
Building and maintaining strong relationships with top clients and stakeholders
Ensuring consistent, brand-aligned commercial messaging in collaboration with Marketing

Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
