As the Business Marketing Manager for our Hotel Business line, you will oversee the commercial performance and product roadmap for your assigned segments. You'll create and execute marketing strategies to drive growth in line with company objectives, covering the entire marketing funnel—from customer acquisition to retention. Your role will involve running global campaigns, lifecycle activation, and experimentation to enhance performance. You will provide data-driven insights and feedback to refine the hotel marketing strategy and collaborate with various teams to achieve commercial success.

What You’ll Do:

End-to-End Funnel Management: Own and optimize funnel performance for assigned business line. Identify and address performance gaps.

Market Understanding: Analyze buying behaviors and personas to adapt business marketing strategies and offerings.

Positioning & Messaging: Develop compelling Business Marketing positioning and messaging with the Marketing, Performance, and Experience teams.

Competitive Analysis: Create benchmarks and content to position against competitors.

Marketing Plans: Develop and implement marketing plans with performance teams and regional managers, including acquisition and lifecycle strategies.

Campaign Management: Oversee global campaign briefing, ensure adherence to timing and budget, and manage the campaign lifecycle.

Experimentation & Testing: Create and execute a roadmap for rapid experimentation to improve performance.

Performance Measurement: Track and report on marketing activities against defined KPIs.

Collaboration: Work with the Digital Marketing, Product, Experience, and Analytics teams to understand and address performance gaps and opportunities.

Local Activation: Coordinate with local marketing teams to support global campaigns and lifecycle management.

Budget Management: Oversee campaign budgets and review ROI possibilities.

Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market opportunities, threats, and competitor positioning.

Strategy Development: Lead business marketing strategy, set goals (e.g., revenue, profitability), and focus on profitable revenue and cost efficiency.

Innovative Tactics: Identify growth areas and challenge traditional approaches.

Meetings & Reviews: Lead business marketing meetings, manage marketing strategies, and conduct annual and half-yearly reviews.

Campaign Coordination: Work with the performance team to align commercial campaign strategies with revenue targets and build a business marketing commercial calendar.

Go-to-Market Strategy: Manage go-to-market campaigns, project management, and post-campaign evaluation.

Creative Strategy: Direct creative strategy and messaging in collaboration with the Brand Manager and Creative team.

Customer Relationship Management: Oversee business marketing user journeys, segmentation, and acquisition/retention strategies.

Who You Are:

Extensive experience in product marketing, specifically managing Go-to-Market and Commercial strategies for hospitality or residential products, including hotels, PBSA, extended stays, and co-living. Experience in lifestyle and/or B2B environments is a plus.

Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of commercial principles and a proven track record in driving performance.

Analytical Skills: Data-driven with a strong ability to derive insights and track KPIs using BI tools.

Creativity & Innovation: Ability to innovate and challenge the status quo.

Collaboration & Influence: Excellent team player with strong influencing, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.

Project Management: Effective in managing projects within a fast-paced environment.

Industry Knowledge: Awareness of digital market trends and opportunities, with experience in launching new products or solutions.

Presentation Skills: Comfortable presenting to senior groups and stakeholders.
