Business Controller 3-6 years experience.

The role: As Business Controller, you will support financial planning, analysis and reporting processes within the SEACE controlling team. Your responsibilities include:

Business Control, Analyse & Reporting

Ensure financial targets are achieved
TIM Management - Total Investment to Market
Sales deductions per Product group SAP
Contribute the monthly forecasting cycle by forecasting sales deduction
Controlling Overhead
Identify and explain trends in P&L statements
Target Planning
Current month forecasting
Month-end closing actual results
Reporting to the Board and HQ
Business Partnering for all subsidiaries and departments, helping the team communicate business/financial information to relevant stakeholders.
Support/assist in preparing business/financial reports and documentation, which includes producing routine reports
Support the coordination of various tasks within the Business Control team, which includes organising meetings, tracking action items and helping to ensure deadlines are met with relevant stakeholders.

Data management:

Maintain and organise financial databases, which include data entry, data/evidence checks and ensuring data accuracy for financial reporting and analysis.

Risk management & compliance support:

Participate in activities related to ensuring compliance with business/financial regulations, company policies and procedures, which include assisting with and gathering necessary documentation and ensuring that business/financial practices conform to established standards.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s or Master degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Business Economics
3-6 years of relevant experience in financial controlling, Business Control or in FP&A
Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel is preferred
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to understand the bigger picture
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
A proactive team player who also thrives independently
Eligible to work in EU without sponsorship
