đź’Ľ The role
As Financial Analyst, you’ll turn complex datasets into actionable insight—shaping strategy, improving profitability, and ensuring financial control. You’ll report directly to the Head of Finance and collaborate across the business on reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and product economics.
Your key responsibilities:
- Analyze revenues and costs across payment flows, wire transfers, card products, and other services
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Power our budget and forecast cycles with clear, accurate data
- Develop variance analyses, cash forecasts, and liquidity models
- Extract and organize financial data from multiple systems
- Use SQL, Excel, and emerging tools (incl. AI-driven analytics) for performance insights
- Recommend improvements to margins, operations, and internal controls
- Evaluate business models and product initiatives with a finance lens
🧠Who you are
You're a sharp, curious finance professional who thrives in fast-moving, high-data environments:
- Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (RA/ACCA is a plus)
- 3+ years in FP&A, controlling, or financial analysis—ideally in Fintech or financial services
- Confident working with large data sets across systems
- Advanced Excel + hands-on SQL skills
- Familiar with tools like Exact Online and open to exploring AI/automation
- Strong communicator with a detail-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
