To lead and ensure the smooth operation of all support functions and technical services related to water operations, including administrative activities, customer service, water meter verification, and the digital documentation and updating of pipeline networks using GIS. This position also acts as a liaison between operations and new asset development management.
Job Descriptions:
- Manage operational administrative processes such as advance requests, P3, SP3, billing, and incoming/outgoing correspondence.
- Coordinate customer complaint handling, water meter (MA) connections, Paskem, and meter disconnections.
- Monitor unit budget usage and realization to ensure efficiency and accurate reporting.
- Prepare periodic reports on water consumption by customer category as a basis for evaluating usage and service performance.
- Supervise the verification and validation process of water meter data conducted by the coordination team and verification staff.
- Manage the GIS Pipeline team to document and update all pipeline network assets digitally in a timely, complete, and accurate manner according to set targets.
- Understand the technical overview of the piping system (distribution patterns, connections, network layout) in the context of area development or expansion, including providing technical input during new project planning.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in related major.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in water utility operations and technical administration.
- Proficient in ERP systems and technical administrative documentation.
- Technical understanding of pipeline network systems, including interpretation of layouts, flow diagrams, and regional development.
- Familiar with GIS tools or digital utility asset mapping systems.
- Able to coordinate across functions with Distribution East, West units, and the GIS Pipeline team.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.
