About The Role

As Head of Finance, you'll lead the way in multi-market accounting, IFRS transition, and treasury operations — while also driving forecasting, analysis, financial planning, and scenario modeling. You’ll work closely with our VP of Finance, People & Culture and cross-functional teams to ensure we scale with clarity, structure, and patient-first impact.

This is a unique opportunity to:

✔️ Lead cash flow and treasury operations in a dynamic health tech scale-up

✔️ Turn financial data into insights for executive and investor decision-making

✔️ Work across 6+ European markets in a remote-friendly environment

You are

A senior accountant/controller with 7+ years' experience in a fast-moving, multi-entity, or international context
Confident navigating IFRS, treasury functions, and cross-border accounting operations
Analytical and forward-thinking — comfortable building tools, dashboards, and models
Proactive and structured, with the ability to lead projects and make decisions independently
Comfortable in remote-first teams and excited to help scale across borders
Fluent in English (any other European languages are on the plus side e.g. a Nordic language, German, Dutch or Spanish)

What You’ll Do

Lead and manage accounting operations across all European markets, ensuring high-quality reporting and compliance
Drive our transition from local GAAP to IFRS, working closely with external and internal stakeholders
Lead treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, planning, and group liquidity strategy
Support the preparation for a future currency change in consolidated financials
Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights for the CFO, CEO, and investors
Work cross-functionally with our data, product, and commercial teams to align finance with operational goals
Ensure audit readiness and coordinate with external accountants and local audit partners
Help evolve financial governance as we move toward a more mature finance structure across the group
