Job Overview

We are seeking a Finance Manager to join the finance team in Bleiswijk, Netherlands. This role will support a growing company with operations in the traded sales industry of meat and pet food products. The ideal candidate should possess the capability to thrive in a dynamic environment and will report directly to the Finance Director based at the head office in Ireland. The position offers a chance to lead in financial oversight and drive operational improvements within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Review & preparation of weekly & monthly reports.
Ensure monthly reconciliations are performed in a timely manner.
Manage stock levels and inventory movements.
Monthly board pack preparation.
Ensuring payments are received and made on time.
Overseeing revenue/tax filings.
Collaborate with the finance team to meet key targets across all business areas.
Responsible for audit and all regulatory filings in the Netherlands, Belgium, and France.
Manage banking relationships in the Netherlands alongside the Finance Director.
Drive process efficiencies and improvements within the business.

Skills

5+ years of experience in finance management or similar roles.
Self-motivated with a high level of attention to detail.
Strong proficiency in Excel is essential.
Experience with Netsuite is preferred but not essential.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Finance & Accounting.
Proven experience in managing finance teams and processes.
Ability to adapt in a changing and dynamic environment.
Strong organizational skills and proficiency in multitasking.
Willingness to be office-based in Klappolder, Bleiswijk.
